Fell off the wagon

Oh my..it was ugly..but oh so good...it started on Thursday night with a T-Bone from IHOP...LAWD today!!!..then I followed up on Friday with a Chicago style polish sausage...no more red meat for me for a while..and yes...it was worth it..lol

I'm still healthy

Ok..so I didn't die from not eating meat..actually I'm doing a lot better...I've been eating bunches of veggies and fruits. My FBD has been making these veggie wraps with grilled mushrooms...de-lish!! I lost 5 lbs and that's with no exercise. So now I'm going to add walking to this thing. I may have some grilled chicken this week...and yes...NO COKEs or Crack from McDonalds..YEA ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Healthy New Me

Ok..so I got together with my bestest friends in the whole world last weekend and the topic turned to my health. So they have decided that I need to be more healthy. Which means no Cokes, no Micky D's sweet tea, no meat and no bread for the next two weeks. WHHHHYYYY??? I hope I can do this, because this is day three and I'm hungry, thirsty and my tummy is cramping like hell. Me no likey healthy..lol

I've moved!!

Well I've finally moved from Richmond. I now reside in a town named Bessemer, AL. It's about 15 mins from Birmingham. I'm with my FBD (future baby daddy..lol). Pray that we don't step on each other. Haven't really seen him alot since the Clave is in Birmingham and I'm working. It's like we are tag teaming, when he is home, I'm gone and when he's gone I'm working. Just like I will be gone to Ohio on Monday and he will be here all alone..missing me..yeah right!! He will be here trying to walk around all the boxes. It is what it is.

The Crack at Mickey D's

I have a serious question. What in the Hell is McDonald's putting in the sweet tea...I can't stop drinking it. I down at least 2 32oz cups per day. This cannot be good for me. I get one a breakfast time and then go back around 4ish for the nighttime cup. Now if I could only drink water like that...Lipton send help!! I cannot be the only one that does this.

Yep..its a sickness

So I don't know if you guys know it or not, but I travel for work at least three weeks out of the month. Well last week I was in Boca Raton, Florida. I've been really good and stayed out of all malls and/or shopping centers in the area, as this was my fourth trip there. But...not this time..I bought smells goods..three kinds..Sean Jean Unforgiveable Black for Women (good Lawd), 360 Sexxy (another good Lawd) and I finally got my Britney Spears Believe...I'm gonna smell good this summer.....

Sorry, I've be AWOL...work had me on the road for a month and once I'm done in the evenings, I don't want no part of the internets...lol...but back to my question. Is is a sickness?
